Library Meeting Rooms

The Library’s public meeting rooms are provided for the benefit of all and may be used by a publicly recognized organization as the space is available. A publicly recognized organization is one which is incorporated, holds regular meetings, and/or is affiliated with an incorporated organization.

Activity Room

The Activity Room is a dedicated youth programming space. The flooring is half carpet and half linoleum. It contains a sink, 65” TV and DVD player. Though it can not be rented for private events, it is a great space for meetings, programs and workshops such as scout meetings and homeschool events.

There are currently 4 elementary height tables with chairs. Additional adult height tables and chairs maybe available upon request.

The room is located right off the Children’s Library. Coat and stroller storage is available just outside the room and there are restrooms on this level.

STUDY ROOM

The study room is located on the Main Level. It has a table and 4 chairs. This room may be reserved, but ask long as no one has requested the space any patron may use the room. A free standing coat rack is located in the room.

Small meeting room

The small meeting room is located on the Upper Level and is accessible by stairs and the elevator. There are restrooms available across the balcony. The flooring is linoleum with 3 wooden tables and 14 chairs. The room contains a 32” TV and DVD player. The room has numerous coat hooks.

LARGE MEETING ROOM

The large meeting room is located on the Upper Level and is accessible by stairs and the elevator. There are restrooms available across the balcony. The flooring is carpet. The room contains 6 flip top tables and 24 chairs. The room contains a projector and DVD player. The room has numerous coat hooks.

CARNEGIE MEETING ROOM

The Carnegie Room is located on the C Level and is accessible by stairs and the elevator. There are restrooms on the Upper Level. The flooring is carpet. The room contains an elevated stage and seating for 60. Four tables and a podium are available. The room also contains a projector, screen, microphones, AV jacks and an induction loop with 4 receivers with headphones. There are house lights and track lights directed at the stage.
